I have two favourite CGB recipes in which I add:
250gm grated Ginger
1 cinnamon stick
zest and juice of two lemons
1.5Kg Organic Raw Sugar
and
500ml of Blood Orange Juice and all zest
1 cinnamon stick
1.5Kg of Organic Raw Sugar
I found that the Organic raw sugar imparts a flavour that results with a less refined/chemical taste that the tin has.
