Coopers apa cloudy

Gday all 3rd brew down now first issue I have a apa with the gravity at 1010 after 7 and 9 days. As you can see it's really cloudy and cascade hops are still in suspension should I wait to bottle or leave it? Tastes good though.

If you can cold crash, do that, if bot I would wait a few more days and bottle it on the weekend.

Also add some gelatin, should be a thread on how to do it in the general brewing section and wait til the weekend.

I tend to give my beer 2 weeks in the fermenter. This gives the yeast some time to clean up after itself.
