Hi all,

What do you do to remove cold break after your wort has passed through your plate chiller? Do you use an inline filter, or just let it collect in the fermenter and just rack it off later?

cheers,
Kieran

Similar thread here, Kieran... some good points made by Thirstyboy along the way. Not really answering your question, but worth a read at the least..

edit: forgot the link

i dont have a tap on the bottom of my kettle ATM so it all goes in, and (apart from my last messy brew, pilsner with home made malt and had to skim the top of trub during primary) i havent had any problems with it
