Hey guys love the site, newbie. Can u brew cider in a wort or do you have to use a Carboy? Any help would b great.

Also any1 wanna give up a good cider recipe, don't like sweet cider, after a original or draught cider taste. Cheers

Blackrock cider kit + 1 kg sugar + wine yeast of choice = very nice, dry cider.

have a search for simple cider

20L of pasteurized juice with no additives or preservatives and white labs WLP 775 English Cider Yeast
let it ferment out, bottle or keg it and then pitch another 20L of juice on top.
Works great every time for us and cuts yeast cost in half.

Thanks guys, and cheers on correcting my terms I used.hahahahaha.
