How the hell are we?!

Hey team. I’m Geoff and up here brewing, or attempting to, in Townsville. Currently have a pale ale bottle aging, pacific ale fermenting and a cider experiment fermenting and about to be racked to second stage.

Not sure what to expect as I didn’t expect a “forum” to be still used.

I look forward to hearing everyone’s experiences.

Nothing outrageous. I’m a big cider fan so I’m giving it a go with Woolies and coles apple juice.

Hi Geoff.
I'm Mike, Ankoù to the world at large. Made Pacific Ale for the first time at the end of April and it's all gone. Will be making some more as soon as it cools down a bit. Love Galaxy, and it's cheaper to buy them from Australia especially when Beerco.com have a sale on. I make cider, too, but from apples. Why didn't you expect forums to be still in use? There are quite a few of them over on this side of the world.
