If cheaky peak is close to you, you could drop in and have a chat. I'm sure they would set you up with a 30L fermenter amd anything else you would need to get started.

Snuck into Cheeky Peak during my lunch break.
Discussed my plans and walked out with the fermentation gear, a controller and some sanitizing stuff.
Will be on the lookout for a cheap fridge over the weekend then will pop back in to get a FWK.
