I have only been brewing since 14/12/2018 when my wife gave me a basic brew kit as an early Christmas gift.
My learning curve has been steep. I keep meticulous records and write my own brew calculators and recipe builder.
What I brew today is far superior to that first brew 1,593 days ago.
My available space and equipment is limited. I use a digiboil with malt pipe and recirculation pump as an all-in-one mash tun come boil kettle. An HDPE fermenter with an iSpindel which works very well with ubidots. I bottle prime my beer in mostly 375ml twist tops. Some of my recipes are posted on Brewersfriend.
I thank you all in advance for the wealth of information that I will gain from joining this forum.
