Hi All

Looking forward to learning from this forum.
New to brewing and have just put down my 5th brew.
Currently only used premade kits, but have been adding hops for taste.
Starting to feel confident with the brewing process now.

And have just started to get some kegging gear together.
The carbonation process is something to learn and part of my next brew
will go into a keg.
Hoping i don't stuff the carbonation up, any links to newbie kegging appreciated.

Happy brewing
Cheers
EK

Welcome to the forum, good to see another Tasmanian.
You might check out the Hobart Brewers, meetings are generally held at 8pm the third Wednesday of each month at the New Sydney Hotel in the cathedral room or you can check them out on Facebook.
Cheers
Ian

Welcome Ekymetal, everyone has a different opinion on carbonating it also depends on how patient you are. There a technique known as the Ross method to drink it within an hour I haven't had any success with it . If I want my beer in two days I set to 40psi for 36-48 hours if I'm in no hurry then 15psi for a week I think that's the best way as it also gives the beer a week to settle.
