Just after comments on a pale ale recipe I'm looking to do this weekend. It's an extract recipe with a 10L boil.
2.5kg ldme
500g dex
200gg cararoma
200g carapils
Grains steeped for 30min
18g magnum hops @ 60
30g centennial @ 20
15g centennial @ 10
25g centennial @ 5
40g centennial dry hopped in keg
US05 yeast
OG around 1050
IBU at around 40
