It's time to ramp up Lager production in the Farrer brewery, now that the cellar is a nice even 16C...
I'm thinking of some German Lagers and Czech Pils as the first cabs off the rank. Has anybody used Carawheat in their lagers? How does it go in a german lager with plenty of Hallertau and/or Hersbrucker hops?
I suppose Carawheat is not all that good in a Stella clone??? :blink:
