Woolies and Coles are bloody hopeless for Polenta
I've counted at least 4 different shelves containing various brands and types of polenta at my local Coles. A bit of a generalisation, or are you just protecting your shareholding in Aldi?

Das ist immer moglich, ja B)

Look I'm just going on Bribie Island stores here, I'm sure they are better stocked in metro areas. And I wish I could get polenta from Aldi.

My local supermarkets (Bayside, Melbourne) were utterly useless, only Coles had the pre-made block which I decided not to go with as it contained water, oil and possibly a few flavourings. I did however find some at a local Italiano deli, it was the "1 minute" dried stuff, so I got that instead. If I'm using this in BIAB, do I just mix it into a thin porridge, cool it to strike temp and add it to the mash, or just add it along with the rest of the grain at the beginning?
