I bottled a english bitter last week and have had it carbonating in the shed. Today in Melb it was 40 Degrees and in my tin shed it was 48.

People talk about 24 degrees and this is double - is this good for it?

Sure you can fry beer - I use it in beer batter.

Those temperatures won't do it any good, they will accelerate all sorts of reactions but it doesn't mean your beer is stuffed (doesn't mean it isn't). Get it somewhere cooler. Supposed to be even hotter tomorrow.
