I have an ale thats brewed out, left to cold crash and now has been chocked with a piece of wood (to get the trub to the back) for one day.. thing is, its been pretty hot, like 30-32 indoors during the day and high 20s during the day.
I'm racking the beer down now into the bottling cube - just wondering if I can leave it til tomorrow to actually bulk prime and bottle? Or is this a bad choice?
