Hey guys.
I was planning on brewing a Belgian Tripel tomorrow, but all I have in the way of hops is some EKG and some cascade hops.
A mate told me that if I only used the cascade for bittering, by putting it in at the beginning of the boil, instead of say Saaz, it'll be ok.
Any thoughts? Is it worth a try? Will my Tripel still taste like a tripel, or should I just go to the HBS and buy some sort of noble?
