racked a brew into my priming vessel with the priming solution (175gm dex) the other night, but due to circumstance, had to abandon bottling. the brew has been sitting temp. controlled at 15 deg for the last 2 days, NOW ive got time to bottle.. should i reprime (will the yeasties have done their job on the new batch of sugars) or...... what?
im guessing after sitting for 2 days (lid and airlock fitted of course) the yeast may have munched through this lot. a hydro test coming up the same as my previous fg should be telling me to re prime, shouldn't it?
thanks
PS: just eager to get the blue mountains lager out and the stouts and olds in!
