Hey stowaway, If your just starting all grain and not sure if you will be brewing lagers or ale then I would go for Barret Burston Pale (Pilsner). Its a lager malt but will work fine in an ale. I would go for a MillMaster, if you continue to buy your malt in bulk then the mill will pay for itself in savings in no time.
