I supose we should list the "rules" for the Newbies and to make sure we all know the deal.
Ross has brought up a good point about splits,

1.-1/2 splits should be the Minimum. If you then want to swap your grain with someone else you guys look after it.
Last year proved that 1/4 splits are a bit of a hassle and most of them had to axed due to no matching partners. (and most were mine. )

2.-We need a date for close out with immediate payments required in full before the order can be made. (We can use my Bank Account same as last time.) Im thinking next Friday (22/08/08) for close out with Payment by the following Monday (26/08/08).Hopefully its still a 3 Day delivery time and we can have it by that upcoming weekend (30/08/08)
Like last time - the quicker we just do it the quicker we get our grain.

3.- If a split partner cannot be found for your split, it may be axed at the last minute to round down bags of grain.

4.- We will also need to find out if Ross is willing to take the slack if we end up with only a portion of a pallet, otherwise we may have to put a cap on a pallet with order quantities based on "first in best dressed".With an option of a 2nd and 3rd pallet based on level of interest.

Anyone not agree with the above?
