Churchy huh? How about.. The Happy Clapper Brewhaus?

The Churchy comes from my surname Churchman. No I'm not religious! I kinda like St James Brewery.

ST James Brewery

Now I just have to draw a stick figure laying on his back sculling a king brown.

how would you go about getting glasses engraved with a logo?

i wouldnt mind getting a few pint glasses with "The Berkshire Hunt Brewery"

The RoachHaus is great Pollux! You could either have a cocky or a roach clip as your logo!

When I 1st started hb'ing with a friend, our beer was that bad we dubbed ourselves "Butt Plug Brewery". Simply because our beer tasted like a greasy dirty butt plug.

Not sure what is more worrying - that your beer tasted like a dirty butt plug or the fact that you and your mate knew what one tasted like

:p

Don't have a name for mine. I refer to my beers generically as Wakkatoo Brew but if I ever decide to name my 'brewery', not sure what I'll come up with. Maybe something with some local significance.

My dedicated brew shed is being built in the next few weeks so maybe I'll have to do some more thinking!

Me, I'm going for Hellsgate Brewery.

I just need to incorporate Fluffy into a good label.

Well theres a story behind it actually...... This one time there was a friend of mine, who knew this stripper who.. No, there isnt

Basically, that was the foulest thing I could think of at the time to describe the beer we made and we both pretty much believed a greasy butt-plug, probably woud have tasted better. So we dubbed ourselves butt-plug brewing until we could make a decent beer. :D

I love this thread...Ive long referred to mine as the 'Dead Lizard Brewing Co.'....Whenever I got around to cleaning up old longnecks I would always would find a dead lizard or two hiding in them!

I went with "The Brewers' Guild"

Guild is my surname, and my wife has been known to assist me on brew days, so there are two of us.

Of course, if I was ever to take it to a commercial level, it would have to change - but it works for me on a homebrew level.

Fluffy lends himself to a really good catchphrase IMHO - "Quenching the thirst of the hounds of Hell since 200#"

You could probably do Rolling Stones inspired beer names as well on the back of this... [GG puts his flame suit on in case of unknowing acknowledgment of the wrong 70's rock band... ]

Classic! :super:

Heres one for you GG - Sympathy for the Devil RIS or IPA (Rolling Stones song).

I'd be making it a 2IPA just so that it really has some bite to it!

My brewery name is inspired by SWMBO. She had/has a bad habit of saying "So..." when there is a lull in a conversation, and one of her friends always used to pipe in "...buttons!" to pull her up on it. The reference is just about the old "What else are you going to so(sew)?", and in homage to this the brewery in my abode is known as the "So.... buttons! Brewery". Apart from using bad puns in my beer titles, I haven't got too much more creative than this. This is sure to change however :icon_cheers:
