I'm hoping to do a clone of stella artios for a session beer over xmas. I've got 2 x muntons pilsner 2 x brewcraft 62 convertor, a can of morgans beer enhancer extract and SAFlager yeast ready to go down, but if anyone can give me some feedback on their attemts I can adjust the recipe if need be.
Does the 62 converter need to be boiled for the hops? For how long?
