I just leave my brews at room temp for four weeks, then crack one. I then crack another each week after until I think it tastes right. No point going to all the trouble of brewing a beer and then drinking it green.

I usually fold once then scrunch, I find it gets the most mileage out of the paper. Lucky I havnt had a finger slip thro
