Hi,
Currently have my first brew bubbling away in the garage in a tub of water with a wet towel.
I'm pretty sure I've read on this site, that after bottling you should store the bottles in the same temp that you fermented? Though I've been trying to search and I can't seem to find it again. Can someone please confirm this is the case? As I'm trying to decide if it's worth buying a temp control for the bar fridge to store bottles during second fermentation stages..while the yeast it's more sugar for bubbles.
Thanks.
