Bocktober

I'm sick of hearing about Ocsober, instead I'm going to do Bocktober this year! Brewing 20 litres for the cause (ah, raising awareness of something I guess). Anyone else brewing a bock this month add to the tally.....the more awareness raised the better!

Used Wyeast 3333 yeast cake from hefeweizen the week before 250ml slurry into 2ltr wort on the stir place for 15 hours. started ferment @ 16deg.C
