Seems like a lot of melanoidin malt, I like to use no more than 250g and then only in quite dark beers.

BTW, I have Hoepfner German Munich malt.

I was thinking it does look a bit much like that and i think i might go for only 250g.
Still this beers gunna need a lot of malt flavour to back up the huge amount of U.S. west coast hops.


Iam just using the imc munich for this but i'll get some of the german stuff one day.
