It is a little bit darker than what I was looking for.
I was just going to just use the MO for the total grain bill, but thought, "hey, why not I'm sure I ordered this (the special grains)for the FY clone.." Hence it's name.

Could some one please give me some advice whether it will turn out alright or have I over done it on the Specials?

Cheers,
Matt.

Too much caramunich IMO.... 0.2kg would of been plenty.

I used 500g of Caramunich in my last beer and with Nelson Sauvin (and Citra) - the nelson does give it a dry white wine taste, and will balance out the caramunich. It does sound like too much normally, but it'll balance out with the right use of Nelson Sauvin - it does cut through the sweetness of Caramunich.

Thanks Guys.
I guess I'll find out in a month whether it is OK or not!
Worst case scenario, the inlaws weill drink it!
