Best yeast for Beez Neez clone?

So ive made up a recipe for this, but one thing im unsure on is which yeast to use for it???

US-05 seems to be popular for this clone. If u wanted Wyeast smack pack I would try 1 of the American Ale styles. Just my 2 cents.

Ok cool, and if i used the US-05, 1 pack or 2 considering all the extra fermentables in there, ie. the honey

1 pack should be plenty as long as you rehydrate assuming you are only doing a single batch

Seems to very alcohol tolerant so you wont have any issues there and I packet will be enough if you are shooting for around the 25L mark. Enoy

... And also below 1060, personally if it got above 1055 I'd be pitching 2..

OG will be around 1.050 so 1 should do and yes i will rehydrate.

Once my Knappstein has finished in the brewing fridge i will be putting my recipe on.

I believe they use the same A strain yeast they use for all the other CUB macros, so yeah, any American ale yeast should be an improvement.
