A %2.6 Cascade, Apollo and Amarillo concoction I made for aroma, flavour and all-round good drinking without the blackouts and occasional obnoxious attitude I get around this time of year. Seems to be working. Apologies for the filthy glass - it was clean on Tuesday and just rinsed today haha. This was my first go at a light and I'm very happy. Not as easy as a "mid" but I have learned a few lessons and am looking forward to making more of them.

Cheers all.

A fruit beer, bordering on a sour with Acerola fruit the dominate sour/dry flavouring. Clean, dry and refreshing
The idea was a beerish Rose.
