Single step Infusion at 72°C for 30 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes
Fermented at 18°C with Safale US-05

Recipe Generated with BrewMate

Gives a SRM slightly below the guidelines, but the carafe III I've got has a much higher EBC than the standard on Brew Mate, so we'll see how it goes.

Anyone else doing a celebratory WA Day brew?

I was going to but a power surge yesterday fucked up my two std 1000 that I run for temp controle on my rig have a good day brewing

C'mon, Spoonta, get the stick thermometer out and do it ghetto style like us here in the hood!

Never brewed with Nelson, but that looks like a decent beer, drew.

Looking at my yeast selection. After four brews in the pressure bomb I think the lager yeast has had enough and the other two ales on the go I put 9% beers on so they're no good anymore. Back to starting up some notto I think. Maybe I'll get around to doing that smoked porter I never got around to.

Brewed Saturday, helping out a brewer today and then drinking with another brewer later this arvo. All in all a good weekend of brewing :)

Finally got started after some thermometer dramas. Plan to a double today but time is disappearing as I started late.

jyo ordered better temp con to day hope to be back up and running in 2 weeks
