G'day fellow brewers,

Last week i put down my 2nd extract brew (1st one still bottle conditioning), the recipe is below (just off the top of my head because i dont have access to my recipe atm),

3kg x Coopers liquid malt extract (light)
250g x cara aroma
250g x cara red
200g x cara pils
50g x choc malt (may have been 100g :huh: )

15g x chinook, 60mins
20g x east kent goldings, 30 mins
20g x cascade, 30 mins
20g x hersbruker, 10 mins

Yeast - US05

IBU = 29.8

6L boil volume after steeping grains for one hour

I know the hops probably aren't exactly to "style" (especially the hersbruker, just used it because it was 20 left over and thought this brew would be ok to get rid of it)

Now my question is should i dry hop this beer and which of these hops would be decent (also have amarillo)

My other extract was an APA which i dry hopped with cascade and amarillo and i'm thinking if i do this again it will make the beers to "samey"

Cheers in advance!! :icon_cheers:

EKG or Cascade depending on which way you want to go.

Don't use too much though IMO. Maybe 10g in a keg.
