Hi, I have 2 American ales that I fermented out, conditioned at fermentation temp for 1 week then ramped down to 7 degC. It has been at this temp for 16 days as I haven't got around to bottling. Do you think that there is a risk that too much yeast has dropped from suspension?

She will be right as rain mate, bottle away.

I've gone colder for longer. It'll be ok.
