Ainsworth Digital Scales - Need info?

Hi all,
I picked up a bit of Lab equipment yesterday at a sale and grabbed these digital scales. They're old and I can't really find anything online. Has anyone here had experience with this sort of thing? I thought they might be better than my cheap digital kitchen scales for weighing hops. Ultimately I'd like to use them for weighing salts etc, for profiling brew water if they're any good.

I turned them on and they seem to work but a lot of text appears on the screen which leads me to believe that they won't be as simple to operate as my kitchen scales
Any info appreciated.

2 minute Google look-see gives me this:

It looks like the model you have has a slightly different keypad, but the above manual will probably get you most of what you need.
