Hi all,

After brewing K&K now for about 10 months and getting together enough gear to attemp an AG brew, I'm after as much info as I can get my hands on before on embarking on some "real brewing."

Obviously there is more than enough info at my fingertips here but while browsing the site about a week ago I found a couple of great diagrams of the AG brewing technique. Alas, I have been unable to find these again.

Can anyone be of assistance?

Cheers

Sorry not a diagram but an excellent step by step AG with pics. One the first page scroll down to where it says: On to the pictures.

This helps me get me head around it.

That's a great site, I found that site a while back when I was first starting up. Found that with the pictures and descriptions provided it gives a great overview of the AG brewing process.

Hey who can argue with a dude who sells kits and bits recipes. He'd probably toss in a few Old 55 records too.

Love the photo section especially, who'd have thought socks and thongs would go together  !

Thanks Luke - that's the one I'm after. Pity I wasted so much time on the K&K when the "Doctor" could have helped me get it right first time for a bargin price!! :p

Was reading a post a week or so ago about an AGer being slagged off by an "award winning" kit brewer down in the Shire.........hmmmmmmmm.

hm, ah, riight..

217 brews listed, brew 7 in 1996, brew 217 in 2003, if nothing else you could say this bloke turns out a fair bit o' shine!

It's not the same bloke - but maybe an Eastern States cousin

Somebody in NSW must know this fella - is it serious or a pisstake?

His award winning seems less prolific in the last 5 years.
Would that have anything to do with a marked increase in the number of AG brewers over that period?
Anecdotal evidence only, of course :)

I do not know where to start, but more importantly i will not know how or when to finish.
