Chasing a recipe for this. Had a sample at Narrabri Crossroads, its on tap and I do enjoy.
Website suggests Pale and Crystal malts with Ella and Galaxy hops.
I can make a reasonable Pacific Ale using Galaxy flowers and a 60/40 Pale/Wheat mix. Its a nice drop.
Just not sure if the CC uses flowers or pellets and in what combo.
Would be interested to hear anyones thoughts please.
