Hello Fello Drinkers
I want to add a post that may be useful to others as I have been so well informed by so many of you in the recent past. I just sat down to a Coopers Dark Ale which was brewed in a 60 liter keg with 2 extracts cans and 3 Coopers brew enhancers added. I also added 500g of corn syrup. So it is a "double batch". It was in the bottle for 2.5 months and yes, the % is 7.2 buy my oh my...it is very nice indeed. Just such a "solid" flavor and not an ounce of any harsh taste nor "after taste". This is "nectar from the gods" and in this day and age of PC...whatever your god is. My god...is this bloody brew and my next god will be the next brew
Cheers and Beers
