They actually do that for real?
I think thats the bit where you say "Well you can s$%^ your f%^$@ job you %$#@, and as for that $#@%, well i'm not f%$#@ doing that for that you $@#%$#"

And they respond in kind.

Then you all know where you stand with the leaving thing.

Nowhere near enough swearing though & far too short. It'll take me 10mins to churn through what I've got to say.
I hope the regional ****** is down too somewhere between me giving sworn official notice & the time I actually leave as he's going to get some lovin as well. They say you shouldn't burn your bridges but I'm going to absolutely obliterate mine. They can turf me out on the spot, I don't give a ****, it's a win win either way. THAT'S WHY I PICK WOOLLIES!
A huge opportunity for me later in the year which I'll discuss at a later stage. So, so looking forward to it.

And they still make almost double the minimum (adult) wage paid in the US. (no tips of course). Not a bad earner whilst living under mum and dads roof. I know its easy to be cynical about the deal, but its a whole lot better than leaving school at 18 with zero work experience under your belt because you decided flipping burgers or stacking shelves was beneath you, or more importantly, zero concept of your responsibility as an employee
I think it's great kids can get jobs, but lowering the age from 15 to 14 solely so they could pay less is ******, i'me sure there was plenty of 15 year olds and above queing for them to employ, and by the way they pay no penalty rates to anyone regardless of age unless of course your doin something you shouldn't be.

and why the **** should they be exempt?, puts other businesses at a clear disadvantage

no dig at you Dave just pointing out some dicrepencies an advantages some have

Well let's just not see it evolve into an assault charge.

My one and only exit interview was a pointless exercise. I realised before I walked in that whatever I said it wouldn't change anything and it was just for box ticking.
The person interviewing wasn't even the boss, just H.R lackys. Telling them how fc&ked the place was wouldn't have felt as good as telling the boss either.

Careful who you piss off with honest words. I've found that somewhere along the line people talk to people, who know people, especially in businesses sharing similar industries.

Only did one exit interview from a job where I got redundancy-same for me,tick and flick exercise for HR etc(already had another job and was trying to get redundancy-talk about landing on ya feet).
A few months ago left a job that was flat pay rate(no penalties/overtime)seemed quite good money wise until started to get payslips from new employer-turns out I was on pretty ordinary money for the hours I was doing. Can see both sides of the OT debate but my belief is that once something is altered or taken away,it starts a down hill slope.Rob.
