8mm Id Gas/beer Line

Hi all, where would I get hold of some 8mm ID gas/beer line in Australia? I have a gas manifold from the US (Morebeer), and despite my best efforts the 6mm line just ain't going over those barbs.

have you tried the boiling water to soften the ends, and then using something like needlenose pliers to stretch it open.

Yeah, tried pretty much everything mate. Even tried Ross's chopstick method

have you tried the hairdryer with Paraliq GB-363 Lubrication on the barbs

I have just over 4m of 8mm x 12mm beer line at home.

Alternatively - i can probably source some SS Splices say 6mm to 8mm or maybe 4mm to 8mm so that you can have 4mm or 6mm beer line and just increase the size prior to the disconnects.

With the 8x 12 line - will you also need clamps?
