6am Brew Day!

[Millet Man]

Mashed in at 5am this morning myself as I need to get down to Melbourne this arvo (Parliment House micro brewery thingy), should be in the fermenter and cleaned up by 2pm. Usually mash in around 7-7:30am but don't mind starting earlier if need be.
