Gday brewers,
Reluctantly, its time to downsize the brewery. I've run about 100 brews through this without a problem. Ive just used a STC-1000 temp controller to manage the HLT and works great.
Asking $2400 or $1900 without the fermenter and fridge

Reluctantly, its time to downsize the brewery. I've run about 100 brews through this without a problem. Ive just used a STC-1000 temp controller to manage the HLT and works great.
- 1 x Keggle HLT with copper HERMS and 2200W element;
- 1 x Direct fired keggle Mash Tun with s/s false bottom;
- 1 x Direct fired keggle kettle;
- Custom built brew stand with high pressure burner, castor wheels. Designed to be fit bigger kettles if you want to upgrade down the track (see instagram for me using it for a RIS with my mates kettles)
- 1 x maltmaster mini mill, hopper and rig;
- 1 x s/s counterflow chiller;
- 1 x chugger pump;
- transfer hoses with QDs
- 1 x SS Brewtech Chronical with custom sanitary butterfly valve and sample valve. I'll chuck in a fermenting fridge
