Hi guys. I'm about to rack my second extract brew and I was wondering if I'm about to do the right thing.
I made an American (Aussie??) Amber Ale, it's been in the primary for two weeks today and I plan on racking it this arvo.
My is plan is to rack it onto gelatin to clarify. Cold condition for 7 days @ 2deg. Dry hop for the last three days of cold conditioning.
For bottling I plan on opening the secondary, gently pouring in the sugar solution for BP and gently stirring it with a mash paddle/big spoon (all sterilized of course).
Does this sound like it'll work or is this going to fail miserably??
Thanks for any thoughts/advice,
