2005 Comps

There seems to be a glut of comps in early March next year with Castle Hill Show & Bathurst on at the same time.Does anybody know anything about these comps? yeah I know Bathurst is "THE AUSTRALIAN OPEN" of brewing.

I looked at the Castle Hill show this year and there was no category for beer.
Bathurst is always a great comp. Well organised, well supported.

Hello all, my name is mark and i have just stumbled onto this site. Boy does it look good!!!. Anyway, does anyone know where i can find which guidelines the Bathurst brew comp is judged by??. I am keen to enter for the first time, but before i brew, i would like to see the guidelines for the styles. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Brewfest is on in Feb (12 and 13) and Oktoberfest is on in March.

I dont think this years details for Bathurst are available yet. But the details for last year have the style guidelines so you can tailor a brew to match.
