Gday guys
Just a coupla quick ones. First up, in about a month I have a few brews I wanna put down that have centennial hops, just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that sells em, cause my local hbs doesnt carry em. And #2, I know it is a kinda silly question, but if I wanted to make my house porter into an imperial version, would I just add a few more kg of base malt, or add 30% or so onto every malt in the recipe?
