So I scored a deal I couldn't pass up today a Toscana inox 100l ss wine fermenter. Looking for suggestions other than selling of what to do. I have just started biab ( 3 brews ) and am only using a 27l urn. I would like to possibly do 3v and double batches. Thinking I could double batch biab a bit until I Aquire more pots or kegs.

Couple of 2400W electric elements and make it a HLT would be the go. The dimensions don't really suit mash or kettle duties in 3V.

Perfect as a double batch HLT as dimensions don't really matter.
Too tall for mash as grain bed too deep(but would still work especially if only infusion and no recirculation.
Too tall as kettle unless you're not into whirl pooling. Highly recommend a short wide kettle for more boil surface area and make whirlpool easy as.
Make it a HLT.
