Hey OKM39A, Definately worth trying the White Labs WPL300 yeast. If it's worth doing it's worth doing well. Seems to give the best overall result. I also recomend the ESB Bavarian Wheat. Best result so far???? Let me know what you try????? Cheers

The instructions state that it has been roll boiled and if you boil again it will destroy the hop aroma. I have read that they use a Hallertau hop oil in these cans. It must do something to the oil????

Hey Beer007! Did you mix the Wort in the fermenter up to 23 litres with water or only 4 litres total. If it's 4 litres total then you would have a very strong tasting beer. Very funny first brew story if you did. :icon_vomit: I love reading first home brew stories gone wrong.
