I am down to one 9.5L keg of hefe and one 19L keg of pale. Moving house in about three weeks so planning to empty those out and start the brewing madness at the new place to stock up on cubes and fill the kegs.

Hey man, if it helps at all I whack my fresh kegs on at 12 psi for a week or so and it goes ok. I also brew ales.

Check seals on keg #2 ? You said it was new, maybe not all tightened up.
