    Hey giys, I have a bunch of bottles thats have been sitting for a while that need to take a car trip. Will disturbing them and mixing them up a little form the travel (its a very bumpy road) make a difference? Do I just leave them to settle again? will there be a change in taste?

    Beer has turned out Flat

    I bottled my Standard Coopers Pilsner about 3 weeks ago. I used the yeast it came with during fermention.     Rousing the Yeast

    Hi Guys, Tried a search but could not find a direct answer to my question. When Rousing the yeast, do you just swirl the FV around, Not to splach and airrate, or do you open up the lid and stir with sterilized utensil? Do you want to re suspend all the cake in the bottom? Thanks guys

    Can I split my wort

    After I mix up my wort, is it ok to split it between 2 FV? Basically, I wanna make a brew in 2 styles to compare it. 10Liters in one and 10 Liters in Another. Just to experiment with additives, second fermentation, yeasts etc, but keep the costs down. Has anyone done this and how did you do it...
