Cluster for something traditional or some galaxy goes nice for something ab it more modern
12-15gm boiled in 2 litres of wort for 5 minutes then strained in before pitching yeast.
Throw the whole thing in if you want a bit more of a hop hit.

Dry hopping is really only going to give you aroma, not much flavour. I use Galaxy a fair bit and often dry hop with about 20g of it. Cascade and Amarillo also give a nice aroma when used for dry hopping. Did you add any hops when mixing up the brew? If so I'd probably use the same hop, to dry hop with.

It won't hurt to boil some up and put into FV before hitting FG. Just allow for watering down effect, use LDM and water 1:10 ratio, 200gm LDm/2 litres water to keep your brew balanced and not thin out.

You can add boiling water to a frecnh coffee press and ge more character, and add extra hop flavour that way, at any stage, perhaps even at bottling.
