Is it fair to think that a visual display of the yeast being active in a short time is all good for shorter time Ale?
Then all the way to the other ends like Sour Beers being far more complicated and time spent aging etc?
Until they are nice to drink :unsure: ?
Newbie pondering here. I guess if your game enough to experiment then whats the worst that can happen?
