I was just wondering how long can I leave my yeast starter for I made one of queasy 1098 on sat night but then didn't end up brewing on Sunday looks like I will have time to brew in a day will this be ok ?

It will be fine. Chill your starter to help settle out the yeast, decant the 'beer' from the top and pitch the slurry when you are ready.

I recently used a yeast as a second generation on an English style beer.
I brewed an English Mild on Wyeast 1469, then bottled the yeast from the fermenter to use later on an English ESB.
I pitched it from room temp and it has not stopped bubbling since (2 days now).

Cheers

*edit* .. The yeast was stored in the bottle in the fridge for a couple of weeks or so, so you should be good to go
