Hi all,
I have been reading through info on yeast farming and it seems a bit beyond where I am at, at the moment. My question is:
Can I use the same technique for propagating yeast from the slurry in my fermenter as I would from a couple of stubbies of CPA?

Depends on the type of beer. If going from light to dark beer you could probably use the slurry directly into the new wort. I did this going from a wheat beer to a dunkel. Otherwise washing the yeast would probably be advisable to remove the dead yeast and other stuff that has fallen out during fermentation.

That said, I'm not really sure on the process of propagating yeast from CPA.

Does not matter what you culture from,as long as you have sanitary practice.
