Yeast In Malt Shovel Kit

I was wondering does anyone know of what yeast Malt Shovel use in their kits? I have a Pale Ale kit and contemplating on either using that yeast or something like SO4.

I used a Malt Shovel kit or two, and found them to be using pretty decent yeasts. I think the Two-Row Lager had S-189? Damn good yeast for a kit to have stock, and well worth the money for the kit alone. I incorporated the kit into a larger 23L brew, the remainder of which I made up using extract brewing. The yeast worked well for me, anyway.

Crack the lid off and have a look at the yeast, mine was a white paper packet with foil inside lining and had 'S-189' in black ink on the outside. I'm guessing yours may have the yeast type on it too if you haven't checked.
