He he... got six grange shiraz vines in the backyard, yep - cuttings from the grange vineyard.
Cool story, bro. But Grange isn't always single vinyard. Certain vintages may be single vinyard, but each vintage may come from a different vinyard. So which vinyard did you "obtain" them from?Jaded and Bitter said:Its so hard to remember every bribe.

Then there's the fact that the vines Grange comes from are very old, some over 100 years, and the particular climate where it is grown. Six cuttings in your backyard won't taste much like grange, but it's still worth doing so long as you learn about diseases and which sprays to use.verysupple said:Cool story, bro. There is abit more to Barry's story.Prince Imperial said:It doesn't matter how many bottles of '59 Grange Barry received as gifts, they should have all been declared - the bloke's full of ****.
They will somewhat taste like Grange as far as the fruit grow, no Peter Gago isnt turning his grapes into wine, yes the 'terroir' will be different, but he has technically cloned a wine grape.Greg.L said:Then there's the fact that the vines Grange comes from are very old, some over 100 years, and the particular climate where it is grown.
